Warranty terms

Rest assured that any purchase from Rock'n'parts comes with a guaranteed refund or exchange for a similar product in case of faults. Buying from us makes us fully liable for any issues with the product within the warranty period stated on the item’s page.
Note that dead pixels are also considered a warranty event. “PixelFREE” is our motto!
Our store works hard to quickly solve any problems, even the tiniest. We have created a specialized Warranty department – you can send a message to them in your account in the “Warranty” section. Submitted warranty claims are processed on the first-come, first-served basis; you can make a claim around the clock. No claims will be left unanswered.

 

Our simple and clear return policy:

1.1.    The return procedure is simple. The item is to be returned to our warehouse within 20 business days after the response to your warranty claim. The product must have all of the original labels and packaging film; it must be in mint condition, i.e. with no fingerprints, scratches etc.
Full cost of the product will be refunded once the product has been received at the warehouse. Shipping costs are non-refundable in all events. The Customer is responsible for the product’s delivery to him or from him. We strongly recommend that you insure transported items. No returns will be considered after 30 days from the date of purchase;
1.2.    If the product delivered to you shows signs of physical damage, please contact us ASAP and inform us of the fact through a warranty claim within 5 days after the delivery of the package. If the Customer does not inform us of damage within 5 days, all damage will be ascribed to the Customer;
1.3.    Warranty, exchange and return do not apply to component donor products or to second-hand goods, which are sold “as is”;
1.4.    Return of products of good quality or faulty goods alike requires a warranty claim sent from our website (see detailed instructions here). You will get a response within 3 business days.
Money will be refunded to your account balance, where  you can either use it for a new order or transfer the money to your specified bank account (signed-in users only).

 

Return & Exchange

If you want to return or exchange a product, follow the steps below:
1.    Log in to your account.
2.    Create a warranty claim in the “Warranty” ->“Apply for warranty” section with a detailed description of the problem and reason for return.
ATTENTION! Our system does not allow us to identify the details of your order until you have logged in to your account. You can upload photos of the product as well there, if necessary.
3.     As soon as the exchange is approved, you get an e-mail containing further instructions on posting.
4.    You will get a refund or an exchange (whichever you prefer) once the parcel has arrived at our warehouse money.


ATTENTION! The return delivery is paid by the Customer.

If the delivered product fails to function, please log into your account and create a warranty message, requesting support. We will do our best  to sort out the problem, and if necessary, send the return instructions to your email.
Shipping costs are non-refundable in any event. The Customer bears shipping expenses irrespective of the reason. You should always consider all risks associated with online purchases.
The product to be returned must have all of the original labels and stickers and show no signs of use, bends or scratches.
The product must be returned within 20 days after the receipt of the email with instructions from our Warranty department.
We reserve the right to reject any returned product. Outside of warranty events, no returns will be accepted after 30 days of the Customer’s reception of the product.
